I’m currently working on setting up a chatbot using SnatchBot pizza tower, and I’m running into some challenges with customizing responses for different scenarios.

Specifically, I’m trying to set up responses that change based on user input and context. For example, if a user asks about store hours, I want the bot to provide different information depending on whether they are asking during business hours or after hours. Additionally, I want the bot to handle variations in user queries smoothly, like recognizing and responding to different ways of asking the same question.

I’ve looked into using variables and conditions, but I’m having trouble figuring out the best approach to implement this effectively. Does anyone have tips or examples on how to set up these kinds of conditional responses in SnatchBot? Any guidance on managing different scenarios and ensuring the bot's responses are accurate and relevant would be greatly appreciated!
